I was fighting this guy in vanilla who kept using fishing rods and causing me horrible lag, and it was annoying as hell. Fishing rod shouldn't be allowed in vanilla, it causes to much lag when people spam if at you and it's so annoying.Posted on 15 March 2015 - 11:41 PM

Then you're implying that the staff team should also remove knockback from vanilla?I can understand if it's ACTUALLY causing lag, and became a legitimate mainstream problem, but I mean, I personally haven't seen anyone using fishing rods in vanilla. and I have a poop computer so if I do and I don't lag then I don't see the problem, same goes for any other members.

It's a vanilla item. It won't be removed…I fail to see how it can cause lag though. If you had 100 people using them maybe because they are technically entities.
