Hello everyone! Yesterday we launched our first "Holiday Gifting System" to test the waters and fix any issues, now that it's mostly stable we're ready to announce it to the public!
We're pretty happy with how it turned out, let's get right into how this works!
How it works
Users are now able to request a gift from our store and if someone feels generous they can buy it for you!
Event Duration
Rewards
If you are feeling generous and want to gift some cosmetics to some lucky BLC player, you will earn rewards! We wanted to make sure to give back to the community who support us and spread the love in our community! We're also not opposed to adding new rewards as time goes on if we see it makes sense!
There's currently 2 ways to earn rewards, levels and end of event rewards.
Levels
As you spend more, you will unlock levels. As you reach new levels, you will unlock more exclusive cosmetics that we will never sell on our shop. You can view the levels/progress/rewards here: https://store.badlion.net/minecraft-holiday/rewards
To explain how the tiers work, if level 1 is 5$ and level 2 is 15$, you don't need to spend 20$ to unlock both, 15$ will work to unlock both of them.
End Of Event Rewards
At the end of the event, the top spenders will receive additional rewards based on their positioning on the leaderboards compared to the rest of the crowd! You can view this information here: https://store.badlion.net/minecraft-holiday/rewards and by pressing "Bonus Rewards"
Addition Information: If you reach the top 10/top 1, we will contact your Minecraft account on the Badlion forums so we can talk more about the details and how we want to proceed, just keep in mind that these cosmetics will take a lot of time to complete! To clarify the cosmetics you ask for will ONLY be for YOU and not for anyone else, they will also not be sold on our shop. You can give advise/feedback on how the cosmetics look.
