Every time I launch it needs to patch. I tried redownloading and everything and it still goes from 100% to 1%

How to fix it? I even tried everything with the firewall and stuff like that.

If assets reaches 100% and then resets, it usually means that something on your computer is preventing assets from being downloaded. Disable firewall and antivirus (software and hardware), VPN and any other IP-changer software, download manager programs, parental control programs, or any other third-party software that interferes with connections and files.
