Many Texturepacks not Loading

I have a big issue with Texturepacks with the 1.18 every time i try to load a Texturepack it Unloads it instant. ( No Crash no Error Shown. )Have found out this far that this i most likely a Merge Issue with Optifine / Badlion Ressource Loading Error, Would be nice if this could be checked out.
Tested Texturepacks:
- Sphax PureBDCraft
- Soartex_Fanver_8.2.2
- Luna
- ArchR
- More Realistic Texturepacks ( By all is advised to have Optifine Installed )

Hello,If you disable Optifine you can reproduce the same issue?

Hello,Can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher, explain your issue and write in it that by disabling Optifine you don't have the same issue.
