Hello @eo10,Sadly, nobody can open crates at the moment due to the system being down. It will be back up as soon as possible though!
I suggest giving it a few hours.

Hey again @eo10,By Minecraft, are you talking about Badlion?
If the bar goes to 100%, and Minecraft doesn't start, please follow these steps to reinstall the version assets:
Windows key > Type "run" > write "%appdata%" > go to .minecraft > and delete the whole "assets" folder.
After you deleted the assets, please launch the game on the version you wish to play on to install it again.
