Hey guys! It's been a long time with since our last tournament (which was HCF) almost 4 months ago! We have been really busy and have been busy bustling to add new features to our servers. In fact there is a new server coming out next Friday (March 28th)! Unless something drastic happens we are launching our very own Soup PvP Server that people have been asking about! We will have a separate post for that soon when we have a few more details worked out.

Anyways back to the OCN tourny, which is our newest and most popular ladder at the moment. Tournament will be on April 5th at 1 PM EDT. Use http://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/to?iso=20140405T13&p0=179&msg=OCN+Tournament&csz=1 for countdown. If you are not present at the time of your match you are disqualified.

The tournament matches will be BEST OF THREE (meaning you need to win 2/3 matches in order to advance). The matches are to take place consecutively as the mods will be handling that as well. The next tournament we will probably have a fully automated system. The tournament WILL BE RAN ON A TOURNAMENT SERVER. The teleport sign will be right by the potion pvp sign.

Prizes will be the same as per usual unless someone has a more creative idea on what to do (please note, the soup token system is still being balanced and we don't know how many we will be giving out yet):

1st place - Optifine cape + permanent donator + 100k tokens for the new Soup PvP Server OR Overcast Network Dux
2nd place - Optifine cape + 2 months of donator + 50k tokens for the new Soup PvP Server OR Overcast Network Centurion
3rd place - Optifine cape + 1 month of donator + 25k tokens for the new Soup PvP Server OR Overcast Network Optio

Please understand that all of the regular rules for the server apply during the tournament, and we also kindly ask that you do not spectate other matches when you have a match coming up soon as we cannot force you into your tournament match if you are in spectator mode. If you are in spectator mode when it is time for your match you will be disqualified.

Also note entering more than one account in the tournament is prohibited and will result in an automatic loss on all of your accounts along with a ban from the server. Be honest and just enter one account and there won't be any problems.

Brackets: Will be posted right as tournament starts.

Rest of badlion staff not in the tournament. If a badlion staff is in the tournament, he gets zero say on tournament judgements.

Streamers:
I will be streaming at http://twitch.tv/archybot but might get bogged down with tournament issues.
I plan to grab one or two more who can focus on the matches.

Final Note: The tournament administration has the final decision in all scenarios. If anything is unusual it is the tournament administration who makes the final decision in any and all situations. Not the players.
