Joining realms isn't working.

Hi!I haven't used badlion for a number of months but made a return to it when a friend started a realm for some quality of life things like mini map, waypoints, etc.
The past few days, it's been working fine! I tried joining today and this happened…

if the the link doesn't work, it just is a grayed out screen with the badlion logo and says connecting to world, with my players fist and shield just there, nothing else. My inventory doesn't show up, when I press esc to get to the menu, nothing shows up. Then, when I move my mouse, this happens:

again, if it didn't work, it just took what was on the screen and pasted it wherever I moved my mouse to. That's the best I can describe it.
If anyone knows fixes, that would be lovely. I've tried restarting my computer, restarting badlion, etc, with no success.

update: I narrowed it down to shaders. shaders in general. i tried two different shaders, same effect, but with no shaders I loaded in fine. any fixes with that info?Posted on 16 December 2021 - 05:54 PM
