I can`t get Insider rank from Crates

Hello! I open 12~ crates, and get 11 insider ranks for 1 days. I`m join the game and i didn`t have insider rank.Proof: https://imgur.com/a/rK6N1J2
I know i do this in my account. In my badlion account! I opened with the correct account
Please help me.
