Sanity Check /DNS Issue

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me out with the Sanity check/DNS Issue. I followed everything in the document link provided by Badlion that directs you to Google to fix the problem. This has been happening for a few days for my son on the client right after launch. I don't play the game hardly only a few times with him but I'm just trying to fix this issue for him so that he can enjoy the game again with his friends.I really appreciate if anyone is willing to look further into this issue with me. If I have to screenshare that's fine with me.

Hi,I will surely help you with your problem.
Have you tried flushing the DNS cache? If not, please follow the instructions given on this website: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/flush-dns/
You can also try changing your DNS to Cloudflare's DNS by following the instructions given on this website https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setting-up-1.1.1.1 and see if it resolves the issue.
Let me know if the same issue persists.
