Okay, so my suggestion to Badlion Client is to add a music mod to BLC. You would be able to download songs, put them into the mod, and make music playlists/listen to them. Then, if you had insider you could share those play lists with other people to download.

Benifits:
-It's very useful for Hypixel players in every gamemode (especially Skyblock) because grinding is boring and anything helps.
-No other client has this mod currently, so it would attract a lot of players.
-Some people (me) lag when they use programs like Spotify, if it's apart of Minecraft it would be less laggy.
-People who don't have music programs because they take too long to download could just use BLC.

Badlion cannot do this for legal reasons. They previously developed a mod very similar to your suggestion, but could not implement it due to legal issues.
