why only when im not taking my crates there is cosmetics or coupons but when i come to take my reward there is crates only and do i get all the cosmetics and stuff from the crates cus it doesnt work for me the cratespls answer to me

Hi exziyon,To further understand your issue so that I can better assist you - what exactly is the issue you are facing with the crates? Are you not receiving the items you choose from your crates?
