I didnt get rewards for crates

I didnt get my rewards from the crates??? I tried restarting my laptop too it didnt work :(Last edited on 30 December 2021 - 12:54 PM by S900
Hello,Did you make sure you claimed the rewards from the crates after opening? If you have claimed the
rewards and still have not received the reward, please create a bug report so staff can assist you..
To submit a bug report open the client, scroll to the bottom most part and you should see the 'Submit Bug Report' option, and fill out the form given.

Hello,Please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher, explain your issue, provide some screenshots and wait for a response from a tech support member.
