Hi.

I am here to suggest you add back threads to the #client-help, this is because many of the people looking for help don't get it, they need to ask twice, or more. If you add threads you can help one person at a time, this will lead to the satisfaction going up and a speed increase in the waiting times.

To combat the advertising and that kind of stuff, you could just make it so that staff are the only one's who can see links by making a bot send the same link they sent in another channel linked with their name, which would actually help, or you could lock the threads to staff only and have a section for public help. Locking the threads to staff only helps with the sharing of dangerous links.
