Can't claim rewards

I've opened my daily crates and it wont let me claim them. I don't know if this is a bug and I cannot find it anywhere in the support tab. Please help.Posted on 07 January 2022 - 04:02 PM
Hey @Erebusv,would you mind further elaborating? I don't quite get what you mean by "it won't let me claim them".

When I click on the rewards, nothing pops up saying to claim or to activate it.Posted on 07 January 2022 - 04:09 PM
Hi @Erebusv,rewards are claimed automatically. For example, if you select insider when opening a crate, it will automatically activate.
