Name = Chat Filter (Under Chat mod)

What it does
Censors out swear words. There should also be a option for custom words to be censored out as well.

Why I think we need it
It could be helpful for streamers and such to not get demonetized or, by using the custom filter, not promote snipers and random people. It would also be helpful for people who just don't like inappropriate language, or are of a younger age.

Many servers don't have a chat filter feature and this would be really helpful for those servers.
