Why Cant i get my crates and hours back

I had play on this client for over 200 hours and i wanted to have insider with the crates but it was going to a different player but i wanted my account that i use have insider so i looked up how to change my username on Badlion but they said i had to permanently delete my account my name was Ershelot if you could give me back those hours and the crates i would be happy plsPosted on 12 January 2022 - 06:17 PM
Your crates go to whatever account had the required hours on it, I am not sure if you can transfer it or not.Posted on 13 January 2022 - 05:20 PM

Hello @King_Penguino,If you claim your crates, they will go to the Minecraft account King_Penguino because it's the account linked to your Badlion Account.
Did you change your Minecraft account recently?
