Hi,

I've recently downloaded BLC as I just got a new computer. But, when I try to launch BLC, it gets stuck on the downloading assets screen (at 34%).
I tried disabling my firewall, restarting, closing and relaunching, but none of them worked. Is there a way to fix this?

There's nothing we can do about download speeds, however, please read this guide:

"It usually means that something on your computer is preventing assets from being downloaded. Disable firewall and antivirus (software and hardware), VPN and any other IP-changer software, download manager programs, parental control programs, or any other third-party software that interferes with connections and files. If this doesn't work, please report the bug at the bottom of the launcher.
