i have claimed insider from the crate so am i able to do it with the crate insider?

Hey @m1rya,"Purchased Insider" and "crate Insider" offer the same rewards.
To edit your nametag, press ESC –> Insider –> Edit Nametag.

Hello,That is not the cause of your issue.
Please submit a bug report using the button at the very bottom of the launcher, and fill in the fields given. Make sure not to delete any links uploaded by the launcher.
