cant connect to servers

when i try to join a server it says this:"failed to log in: the authentication servers are currently not reachable. please try again."
i thought it was a wifi problem but my brother on the same wifi can log in. is there a chance this has something to do with minecraft/badlion?

Hey @Q375,if you are getting the "Failed to log in: The authentication servers are currently down for maintenance" error, it means you have, or you are still using authenticators from websites like MCLeaks and TheAltening to gain access to other Minecraft accounts. To fix this issue, you need to get rid of those authenticators. Keep in mind that simply deleting them won't solve the issue. Follow the instructions that can be found on their websites.
