Badlion using way too much ram?

So I was trying to troubleshoot my pc, and found that badlion client is using more than the ram cap?My ram cap in the launcher:
Task Manager:
(Java platform binary is Badlion)
Does anyone know if I'm just reading this wrong? or is it actually a bug.

Hello @Furiouspotato,to investigate this issue further, we require your BLC Launcher logs. Please submit a bug report using the button at the very bottom of the launcher, and fill in the fields given. Make sure not to delete any links attached automatically, and attach any screenshots / videos if relevant.
