Hello @JulianNYC,By "cannot claim the items" what exactly do you mean?
If you can't press on the items, try restarting the website (leave it and come back).
If I didn't understand the issue correctly, let me know by posting another post on this thread.

when i have things claimed from the crates i cannot use them like insider for 1 day i can not use itPosted on 15 February 2022 - 10:24 AM
Hey @JulianNYC,The rewards are automatically claimed. To use Insider, wait 15 minutes after claiming the reward and then relaunch the launcher, then enable "Beta" in the launcher before launching the game.
