Please submit a bug report using the button at the very bottom of the launcher, and fill in the fields given. Make sure not to delete any links uploaded by the launcher.

They are not being denied. Probably there is a problem with the skins. Submit a bug report and we will look with you into the issue.After submitting a bug report a tech support member will be back to you as soon as possible.
