Hey i want to ask how do i redeem insider from free crates, i dont have it and it didnt automatically redeemed

Hello TajnyAgent00,

Looking at your account, it seems that the insider was redeemed. To start using it in-game, please restart BLC. After that, you should be able to enable "Beta" on the launcher and access the insider tab in the ESC menu.
