The first thing I wanna recommend is the optfine to make your Optfine Cape have realistic physics like some Badlion Cloaks
The Second thing I wanna recommend is the option to Keybind Toogle Perspective Mod because it's not great bridging with a finger holding any key that keybinds perspective mod

Hi,

I don't think the Optifine Cape suggestion would be possible on our end. You're best off asking Optifine themselves.

I will, however, note down the second suggestion. I think it is a good idea.
