Ok I'll talk about factions and what the Admins have to improve on it

First: Change de kit, vanilla kit its a lot difficult to obtain and people like to PvP more raids, koths etc instead of trying to obtain the first kit.

Second: Koths. Koths are really important part of a factions server, the desing of it i think minimun could be 5-6 koths In they you could win mod spawners or loot you cant win on survival like
Looting 4, Fortune 5 etc.. but never a sharp higher than kit have. Remeber desing off koths are really important.

Third: /f who, yeah this command could show Factions members, allys, enemys etc. But In my opinion /F who must have the coords of the factions base, the power, how much power the need to bee raided etc.

Fourth: Spawn: On spawn should be Interesting showing the Koths coords, a little shop, i will talk about that in next topic. Interesting thinks like 'In this place died this guy' etc.

Fifth: Spawn shop, The spawn shop could have little things that are necessary for your fac, like nether wart, I think that instead of moneyyou have to change minerals that change it for emeralds and with that emeralds you could buy the nether wart and the other things on spawn shop.

Sixth: Spawners: Spawners are a lot of usefull for xp, i think its more confortable to have the spawner on your base so i sugest that you can buy a picaxe with only one use that silk touch the spawner.

Seventh: End portals: Instead of find the end portal and kill the dragon its not suvrvival, i think people need a lot of ender perls so i think the faction server must have 4 portals on the map all of them directed to one end, on the end should be spawners of creepers and endermans because the people will go there and the gonna fight more instead of find gunpowder and ender perls on the over world.

Eighth: Out of spawn: Out of the spawn must be flat for spawnfights i think the spawn should be on a desert, mesa, or plains.

For your sixth point, I think you should only be able to get spawners if you have a silk touch pickaxe with full durability.
