I've been banned on BAC for more than a year now. It's my second ban and none of my accounts show up in the launcher menu ban thing. And I'm pretty sure it's 6 months for first ban and 1 year for second, so how can this be?

Can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher? We will ensure to look into the issue there, with more information and logs.

Once you will submit the report make sure to check sometimes if a Tech support member replied to you.
