Profiles not saving

So when i make changes to the mods/move them it says "Mod profile: failed to save profile"then i tried manualy updating the profile still doesnt work
then tried making another profile it doesnt work either
idk whats going on i hope you can help

Hey,Can you please submit a bug report using the client launcher so someone from tech support team can take a look through the logs and find out what's wrong.
