There is a item list in in skyblock addons which is great but it gives a lag spike when i open my inventory.. so if there was a way to toggle it it would be really cool and if there is please tell how

Open the Skyblock Mod, search for Items/Recipe UI, and turn it off.

The items UI is not supposed to cause lag spikes. Can you submit a bug report through the bottom of the launcher after getting lag spikes in the game? It will send us your logs and will allow us to investigate the issue using your in-game settings.
