Scamatica Hologram Won't Show

The scamatica hologram will not appear but the printing feature works perfectly. When i load the scamatic it just shows an empty space inside of a rectangle, help.

Hello,Can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher? We will ensure to look into the issue there, with more information and logs.
