Imagine that you have bought a cosmetic but you are not completely satisfied with it.

In such a case, what if you could exchange that cosmetic for another cosmetic?

I am going to give an example, I have bought the fire wings that cost €15 but they do not convince me and I want to change them for the chroma wings that also cost €15

I would love to create an option to talk to the high staff about this issue.
In the case of the wings, the ones that do not convince you would simply be removed and the ones you want to change would be added.

I think it is something that can be afforded since they cost the same price and it would be a very nice gesture from badlion.

Hi,

This system would probably be abused. For an example, if you bought a cosmetic for X price, and you could exchange it for X cosmetic, people would change between cosmetics whenever they could.

I also don't think this feature would comply with our 48 hour policy, as it somewhat breaks the policy or offers a loophole to the policy.
