I changed the Badlion fullscreen resolution to 320x200 just to see what Minecraft would look with it, but the UI didn't scale with it, and now it's impossible to change it back. I tried to use the launcher resolution settings, but that didn't do anything. Am I going to have to reinstall the program?

Hey!

As it seems you have already tried to change the resolution of Minecraft through the Badlion Client you could try to launch the game, then go to Options, Video Settings, Other, and change your Fullscreen mode to Default or to your respective monitor resolution. Hope this helps <3

Como parece que você já tentou alterar a resolução do Minecraft através do Cliente Badlion, você pode tentar iniciar o jogo, depois ir para Opções, Configurações de Vídeo, Outros e alterar seu modo de Tela Cheia para Padrão ou para a respectiva resolução do monitor. Espero que isso ajude <3
