start minecraft, sit at 30m and restarted it. nothing changed
i guess i continue my question, how i can get download of data for shields and pets?

Have you tried to follow the instructions given by @Mistel_Panda in the thread you linked? It should reinstall all the game assets properly. Also, make sure to disable any software that could interfere with your connection to our servers.
