So I opened a bunch of crates and advent gifts and I was given 1 week of insider rank almost every time. But when I try to redeem / use it, it never works. the same happens with any other cosmetics that I claim. I don't even see that I have it.

Hey,
please make sure you are logged in the same account as you are on the Website. Otherwise it should work fine.
You can simply check it by clicking on Account in the top right Corner on the advent calendar site:


Now compare it to the Name shown in the Launcher.
If it is the same and you are absolutely sure about it, please contact the payment support: https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37

Concerning the Crate System, we deactivated it. So i cant really tell if you will receive your rewards out of the Crates.
