when you open the client, it doesn't load the minecraft tab, I just hear the sound of the game's music, but I can't get in, and after a while, the game closes

Can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher? We will ensure to look into the issue there, with more information and logs.

Once you will submit the report make sure to check sometimes if a Tech support member replied to you.
