this is my third or fourth time setting up a fresh profile from scratch and when i finally get it nice and personalized to my liking i get this when i try to edit, its only on my saved profiles. im not sure what exactly happened that corrupted it but its very aesthetically un pleasing,
also i think there might be a bug with the item pickup log for hypixel skyblock where i cannot see whats going into my backpack anymore

Could you please try to disable "GUI Debug" in BLC Options > Settings > General and see if it fixes the issue?
