Slight stuttering that makes bridging/pvp impossible

I stopped using badlion bc of this issue. For some reason I am getting constant stutters every 2-4 seconds. I want to know if there is a way to fix this since it was my favorite client to use and I don't want to go back to using java with mods. I'm noticing that my memory goes from a certain percentage and then drops back down at every stutter. I don't know if this has anything to do with this or if it's just hypixel being buggy. Everytime I do a profiler debug I always crash at the end of it.Edit: I did profiler without optifine and the launcher didn't crash.
