Having spent my early teens jitter clicking away on Overcast, Shotbow, Kohi and, obviously, Badlion, as an adult I no longer have the time or pain threshold for minecraft PotPvP, so one suggestion will be survival based and another more general multiplayer one. Having suggested Eum3's saturation mod many years ago that got added I think people will like these.

I know as a staff member a number of years ago this was essential in filtering chat into different streams e.g. gcheat, reports, Arena staff chat, Factions staff chat etc. Also useful for servers like Hypixel which I imagine get quite chat crazy for players.
The mod has been out of date on lite loader for a while now.

Very suprising this isn't already in the client as every other mod you could possibly need for survival is already included.
