I did what he told me, but it keeps giving me problems, It happened before and it fixed itself,
I think it happened 6 months ago, then I never started it again(in these 6 months I go in once a week and it hasn't given me any problems), yesterday I started playing it again and today it gave it back to me

Hello,To properly assist you, we need you to submit your logs. Please make sure to reproduce the issue you are facing and then head over to the bottom of the launcher and press the "Submit Bug Report" button and make sure not to delete any links, which are automatically attached. Without logs, we are unfortunately unable to provide proper assistance.

Hi,It's better to not paste the log-in here.
can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher? We will ensure to look into the issue there, with more information and logs.

Once you submit the report, make sure to check if a Tech support member replied to you.
