My cosmetics aren't showing up!

My cosmetics that I had bought like a while ago show up on my profile under "cosmetics" on the website.but when I go in game and click the cosmetics tab, it doesn't show my wings or cloak.

Are you able to see the cosmetics in the game? Also, can you check in the payments if you bought the cosmetics for the correct account?
