My block overlay doesn't work properly

When i turn on my block overlay it displays it's overlay a bit next to block and it shakes so i can't concentrate on my games..file:///C:/Users/ognam/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/screenshots/2023-03-25_19.36.59.png
