I haven't had much time to play since the NA host change, but the few times I have played I've had different ping. Once I had 24ms, the other two times I've had 78ms. At 5:40am when the player count on NA is 60, I'm getting 78ms. Now in game I notice 0 difference, only reason I'm aware my ping is higher is because I go into cmd. So in my eyes it's just a number and not affecting my game play, but just confused as to why my MS differs, and if anyone else has this issue.Posted on 27 March 2015 - 12:59 PM
i get this issue sometimes on na as well im an eu player but my ping differs from 80 - 130 ms but my eu ping always stays around 10-20ms.Posted on 27 March 2015 - 04:49 PM
I do some stuff with the default minecraft ping stuff in terms of tampering to try and make it more accurate. Maybe i have a bug or two?Posted on 27 March 2015 - 04:52 PM

Not entirely sure, but it feels no different to me. So I don't think my actual ping is different, just the number?

ok i checked my ping to na.badlion.net on minecraft and i got 100 i go to cmd ping na.badlion.net and i get 90.Posted on 29 March 2015 - 05:01 PM
My ping occasionally spikes up and down while playing on the NA servers. I will be getting a steady 250ms then it will go up to 300ms then back down to 250ms, this is what causes the lag spikes and is what makes people die to potlag.Posted on 30 March 2015 - 03:52 PM
