i just went to log on as usual nothing different and when i went on multiplayer the writing next to servers was just blocks of colour and when i went in game everything was dark all i could see was some outlines and all the text was just blurry blocks of colour. I would have put a screenshot but its not letting me if anyone knows how to fix this and could tell me it would be greatly appreciated

You can try updating your graphics drivers and see if that helps, as that helped for others facing the same issue.
