My Mod Profile Won't Save
Hello, this bug is so bad that I am about to switch back to lunar if this problem persists for the next ~ week.


So whenever I try to change a mod, or any setting in general, this message in the bottom right pops up that says: Mod Profiles - failed to save profile "_____".

And when I log out and log back in, the thing I changed is unchanged.

Does anyone else have this problem? and anyone know the fix to it?


EDIT: Another note is that (I don't know if anyone else has this) My badlion client has a Shield Logo next to it, that might have to do with something… Also im using lite

Could you kindly check if the same issue persists when creating and using a new mod profile?
(RShift -> Profiles -> 'New profile')

Hey, I just want to start off by saying that I went around in Hypixel Bedwars lobbies asking if anyone else had that problem, and a HUGE number of people that previously used badlion had this problem. I'm talking maybe 10-20%. They all quit badlion because of that bug and switched to feather, lunar, etc. So I'm sure fixing this bug will not only be helping me but thousands of other people as well…



Secondly, yes, the problem persists with even a new profile.

Hello,

Thanks for letting me know, however, this isn't an issue on our side, sometimes your mod profiles can get corrupted. Could you please check if you have any of the softwares listed in this site below, and act accordingly:
https://minecrafthopper.net/help/known-incompatible-software/

Once you've done that, please head into your .minecraft folder and delete the "BLClient-Mod-Profiles" folder. Once done, launch the game again and check if your mods start saving now.

Yeah, even with all of that, it still won't work correctly. I don't have any of those anti-malware things and deleted the badlion mod folder thing.

Can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher? We will ensure to look into the issue there, with more information and logs.

Once you will submit the report make sure to check sometimes if a Tech support member replied to you.
