It tells me that badlion client needs at least windows 7 service pack 1, but i have windows 10 and i can't download windows 7 service packs and also updating my windows doesn't work because i have the latest update, what should i do?

Hi,

We are sorry that you're facing this issue. To solve the issue you must locate the application connection on the desktop or in the proper folder. Right-click on it and click on Properties.



When you open the properties of the application, you need to click and locate "compatibility"



And disable the highlighted option:


Once you followed all the steps click on "apply" and then on "ok". Now you should be able to launch the client.
