Could not connect: java.net.NoRouteToHostException

Get this when trying to go on Octovon and when trying to get back into the hub from PotPvP on Optifine 1.8.3 (don't have this problem with Vanilla 1.8.3 client)
EDIT: Problem on all clients/versions, happens time to time.
