Logged in from multiple locations - Pot

Alright so, this happened to me 2 times on 2 different accounts, it happens when I relog quickly and join back.So when I realize I'm lagging a bit, I go on my wifi settings thingy (http://gyazo.com/07053a4f9141376ec8fb64d3d3f047fc) and I click on Renew IP, which makes me loose connection for a few seconds and disconnects me from the server, I then log back in, and join a match and then it disconnects me for "Logged in from multiple locations.
I'm not sure if you can fix this, but I'd be really happy if you could, as I just lost 30+ elo on 2 accounts
