Add mod "dulkir" or just to customize hands!!very necessary!!

I used to use dulkir as well and its so clean especially when playing dungeons and its still very useful in PVP and survival.If anyone is wondering what dulkir is, it basically makes it look like you have mining fatigue and allows you to change the size, position and rotation of your items on screen.
