For a time I have noticed that hotbar scrolling is automatically enabled and there is no option to disable it. This is highly infuriating considering that my mouse is quite small for my hand and I constantly hit the scroll wheel. As for the hit colour, there should be an option that also colours armour because due to the texture packs I use, I can barely tell when the opponent is being hit and instead have to resort to using the chroma colour (which for some reason automatically colours the armour as well).

I came here for the scrollwheel request too, it's very annoying that it is defaulted to on and cannot disable without mods
