can't find skyblock feature at the bottom of menu.

This shows up when I open my mod selector but i don't know how to turn it on I've checked everything in the skyblock section. anyone know what it is?

Are you talking about the Skyblock HUD in the pause menu? That can be enabled with the Show Skyblock Infobar Menu in the BLC settings.
