hi, i started playing badlion but this 3d effect (red and blue) happened and i dont know how to turn it off

It appears that you may be describing the 3D Anaglyph setting. You might have accidentally enabled it. The option can be found under "MC Options" -> "Video Settings" -> "Other" if you have OptiFine enabled. If you don't, then it is located under "Video Settings".

Alternatively, if you are using 1.8.9, try toggling through the Super Secret Setting options and see if that resolves the problem.
